Situación nutricional y alimentaria en los pobladores del caserío los angeles en el distrito de santa cruz de chuca – santiago de chuco 2010

Abstract

We evaluated the residents attending the monthly unique health campaign in the hamlet of Los Angeles in the district of Santa Cruz de Chuca of the province of Santiago de Chuco, during the month of August, he made use of the dimensions of analysis Situational health of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), which were applied through a survey, which addresses the same questions that seek information about food and nutrition situation of the settler, data were tabulated and were depicted in graphs and tables concluding that food and nutrition situation of the inhabitants of the hamlet of Los Angeles is deficient because their diet does not meet their energy requirements according to the development people need their daily activities, this is because they have no orientation utilization of food resources they produce, also lacks access to basic health care, has no basic health services; its geography is rugged and has no means of communication transport cross, so the village becomes isolated.
