Sistema de información web y móvil para mejorar el proceso operativo SAP de la empresa Everis

Abstract

El desarrollo del presente proyecto de investigación esta denominado como “SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN WEB Y MÓVIL PARA MEJORAR EL PROCESO OPERATIVO SAP DE LA EMPRESA EVERIS” tiene como objetivo principal mejorar el proceso operativo SAP el cual maneja la empresa Everis. En la actualidad, el proceso operativo SAP existe una demora en los tiempos de registro y planificación de actividades diarias. Sumado a esto la carencia de un sistema de información web la cual no puede poner a disposición la información de manera rápida, segura, consistente y sumado a ella la falta de reportes para la toma de decisiones. Por ello se propuso el desarrollo de un sistema de información web y móvil tomando como metodología SCRUM, usando como tecnologías web Node JS y Angular para el Backend y Frontend respectivamente. Finalmente, mediante nuestros conocimientos y desarrollos se ha llegado a la conclusión que la implementación de un sistema de información web y móvil mejora el proceso operativo SAP de la empresa Everis.
