Consumo de ceftriaxona 1g en pacientes del seguro integral de salud en el servicio de medicina b del hospital regional docente de trujillo-2010”

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the consumer of ceftriaxone 1g. In the Service of Medicine B, of Hospital Regional Docente of Trujillo during the period January to December 2010. For which there was realized a study of descriptive - retrospective type. For the determination of the consumer use the methodology of Defined Daily Doses (DDD). The use of ceftriaxone 1g in the service of Medicine B, of Hospital Regional Docente of Trujillo was 1717 vials and average consumer expressed in DDD / bed-day was 7.7, the trend of the consumer shows a decrease and increase respectively over time. The cost generated from the consumption of ceftriaxone 1g Medical service "B" Hospital Regional of Trujillo was 2 232.1 new soles and represent the 1.1% of the presupposed assigned to medicaments for the compare. In the present work also intend to make public on the proper use of antibiotics, in this case the ceftriaxone 1g
