Implementación de las metodologías ágiles para el desarrollo del emprendimiento empresarial Comodin Perú SAC en la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo la implementación de las metodologías ágiles para el desarrollo del emprendimiento empresarial COMODIN PERÚ SAC de la ciudad de Trujillo. La metodología de investigación fue aplicada y pre – experimental tuvo como objeto de estudio a los usuarios finales de los servicios generales de mantenimiento o servicios de reparaciones, reformas o mantenimiento de hogares y empresas de la ciudad de Trujillo. Para la implementación del emprendimiento se utilizó las herramientas lean startup y scrum. Se concluye que para el Producto mínimo viable 1 se identificó un 0,5% de la participación del mercado que representa S/23 590,93 en el primer año y para el producto mínimo viable 2 se identificó un 0,1% de participación del mercado, lo cual representa S/37 080,00 para el primer año. Se definieron 5 procesos para el desarrollo de un startup, en primer lugar, el proceso de concepción de la idea de negocio, la formulación del modelo a seguir, desarrollo del modelo de negocio, el desarrollo del prototipo, y finalmente, las validaciones y desarrollo del producto mínimo viable (MVP). Finalmente, se logró la implementación del emprendimiento Comodín Perú SAC a través de las metodologías ágiles, en el corto plazo y a través de 3 iteraciones que permitieron validar el modelo de negocio por los clientes.

The objective of this research was the implementation of agile methodologies for the development of the COMODIN PERÚ SAC business venture in the city of Trujillo. The research methodology was applied and pre - experimental aimed at the end users of general maintenance services or repair services, reforms or maintenance, of homes and companies in the city of Trujillo. For the implementation of the venture, the lean startup and scrum tools were used. It is concluded that for the minimum viable product 1, a 0.5% of the market share was identified, which represents S / 23 590.93 in the first year and for the minimum viable product 2, a 0.1% share was identified. of the market, which represents S / 37,080.00 for the first year. Five processes were defined for the development of a startup, firstly, the process of conception of the business idea, the formulation of the model to follow, development of the business model, the development of the prototype, and finally, the validations and development of the minimum viable product (MVP) Finally, the implementation of the Comodín Perú SAC venture was achieved through agile methodologies, in the short term and through 3 iterations that allowed the clients to validate the business model.
