Implementación de la metodología 5S para incrementar la productividad en una empresa textil

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar de qué manera la implementación de la metodología 5S incrementa la productividad en el proceso de corte y confección de la empresa Creaciones Astrid Jamerln´s S.A.C, Puente Piedra 2022; esto a raíz del problema diagnosticado, para ello se aplicó la metodología 5S de manera secuencial en base a sus 5 pilares, se hizo un diagnóstico inicial y final de la empresa mediante un pre test cuyo Is fue de 0.43 mientras que en el pos test el Is fue de 0.84, respecto a la eficacia se incrementó de 77% al 91% , la eficiencia del 67% al 90% , y del 51% al 82% respecto a la productividad siendo el incremento del 31%, se hizo un análisis económico y financiero con una inversión mínima de S/4548.00, gastos mensuales de S/28.00 y un beneficio mensual de S/1391.79 obteniendo un VAN de S/12247.30, un TIR de 22%, un beneficio/ costo de 3.6928 con un período de recuperación de 6 meses con 28 días. Finalmente se concluye que la implementación de la metodología 5S incrementó la productividad en el proceso de corte y confección de prendas de vestir de la empresa Creaciones Astrid Jamerln’s S.A.C.

The main objective of this research was to determine how the implementation of the 5S methodology increases productivity in the cutting and sewing process of the company Creations Astrid Jamerln's S.A.C, Puente Piedra 2022; this as a result of the diagnosed problem, for this the 5S methodology was applied sequentially based on its 5 pillars, an initial and final diagnosis of the company was made through a pre-test whose Is was 0.43 while in the post test the Is was 0.84, with respect to efficiency it increased from 77% to 91%, efficiency from 67% to 90%, and from 51% to 82% with respect to productivity, the increase being 31%, an economic analysis was made and financial with a minimum investment of S/4548.00, monthly expenses of S/28.00 and a monthly benefit of S/1391.79 obtaining a NPV of S/12247.30, an IRR of 22%, a benefit/cost of 3.6928 with a recovery period 6 months with 28 days. Finally, it is concluded that the implementation of the 5S methodology increased productivity in the process of cutting and making garments of the company Creations Astrid Jamerln's S.A.C.
