Regímenes tributarios y la rentabilidad en las empresas

Hoy en la actualidad existen numerosas empresas que inician sus actividades
empíricamente, sin tener conocimientos previos de la creación de las mismas y de los diferentes
tipos de tributos a las cuales estarían obligados a contribuir, otro problema común entre ellas
es el dilema, ¿qué tipo de régimen acogerse?, cual les beneficiaria de acuerdo a su tipo de
negocio, volumen de sus ventas, entre otros aspectos.
A partir del 2017 en Perú existen cuatro tipos de regímenes tributarios: Nuevo régimen
único simplificado, régimen especial de la renta, régimen MYPE tributario y régimen general,
es por ello que a lo largo del desarrollo de la presente investigación hemos analizado la
rentabilidad de las diferentes empresas enfocada en cada uno de los regímenes tributarios del
impuesto a la renta de tercera categoría que se encuentran vigentes en nuestro país.
Muchas empresas por malos asesoramientos o por falta de conocimiento escogen
acogerse a regímenes tributarios que no les corresponde, generando de esta manera poca
rentabilidad en sus empresas.
Analizaremos la ley del impuesto a la renta de tercera categoría vigente, de la misma
forma hemos realizado mayor análisis a cada régimen de diferentes puntos de vista y lograr
discernir la diferencia entre lo analizado y la realidad Los resultados que presentamos en esta
investigación son materia de análisis y bases para argumentar a los objetivos propuestos en la
presente la cual nos ayudó al terminar la investigación a concluir que cada contribuyente
independientemente del sector en el que se encuentre la empresa, debe tener asesoría para poder
elegir el régimen tributario al cual más le convenga de acuerdo a sus transacciones económicas y más rentables, esto dependerá de una serie de factores : tipo de empresa ( personal natural o
persona jurídica), giro, nivel de ventas, entre otros.
