Evaluación estructural del anillo de cimentación del tanque n°-14 para su adecuación al DS-017-2013-EM en las operaciones de almacenamiento de combustible Diésel B5-s 50, Chimbote-2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo principal realizar la evaluación estructural del anillo de cimentación del tanque 14 ubicado en la ciudad de Chimbote, como parte de la adecuación de las fundaciones al decreto supremo DS-017-2013-EM, para poder operar, almacenar y despachar hidrocarburos líquidos tal como lo establece el DS-052-93-EM, Reglamento de Seguridad para el Almacenamiento de Hidrocarburos. La investigación realizada fue de tipo descriptivo, la recolección de los datos se realizó mediante el análisis documental, pues para ello se revisó informes de la situación actual del tanque, estudios de suelos, estudio de diamantina y escaneo de cimentación, memoria de cálculo de la parte civil, aplicación de normas nacionales e internacionales, además de realizar un modelamiento estructural del anillo actual y posterior a su reforzamiento. Como resultado principal obtuvimos que efectivamente el anillo no cumplía con los parámetros para que el tanque pueda continuar en funcionamiento y que la mejor solución en cuanto a la parte fundaciones que establece el DS-017-2013-EM fue la de realizar la rehabilitación del anillo existente y posteriormente reforzándolo con un anillo exterior formando un monolítico, así se logra alcanzar los parámetros estructurales que satisfacen parte en la adecuación al DS-017-2013-EM para cumplir con el DS-052-93-EM.

The main objective of this research is to carry out the structural evaluation of the foundation ring of tank 14 located in the city of Chimbote, as part of the adaptation of the foundations to the supreme decree DS-017-2013-EM, in order to operate, store and dispatch liquid hydrocarbons as established in DS-052-93-em, Safety Regulations for the Storage of Hydrocarbons. This is a descriptive research, the data collection was made through documentary analysis, because for this, reports of the current situation of the tank, soil studies, diamond study and foundation scan, calculation of the civil part memory, application of national and international standards were examined. In addition, it was made a structural modeling of the current ring and after its reinforcement. As a main result, we obtained that, in fact, the ring did not meet the parameters so that the tank could continue operating and that the best solution regarding the foundations part established by DS-017-2013-EM was to carry out the rehabilitation of the current ring and then reinforce it with an external ring forming a monolithic, thus structural standards are achieved to satisfy part of the adaptation to DS-017-2013-EM to comply with DS-052-93-EM.
