| dc.description | An analysis is presented of what can be assumed today as a modern coup d’état, where violent assault on political power is no longer necessary, but the factual powers are those who take charge of promoting structural reforms, which affect the constitutionality or legal framework of a country. It is these factual powers that are responsible for the changes that are often made without any legitimacy and that have become an uncontrollable wild power, even by the constitutional or legal way of the country. Given this scenario is civil disobedience an instrument that can restore the constitutionality of the affected Nation-Nation. | en-US |

Son estos poderes fácticos los responsables de los cambios que muchas veces se realizan sin legitimidad alguna y que se han convertido en un poder salvaje incontrolable, incluso por la vía constitucional o legal del país.
