| dc.description | El artículo muestra cómo el paradigma de Estado, en todas sus vertientes políticas e históricas, ha negado la identidad y humanidad de los aymaras y quechuas (Bolivia) y kichwas (Ecuador) de forma continua y prolongada, constituyéndose finalmente, en un eje de opresión estructural de dominación poscolonial. A partir de esta realidad, se propone un cambio de perspectiva más justa y verdadera, pero desde los aymaras, quechuas y kichwas. Presentando su paradigma identitario el: Suma Qamaña, Sumak Kawsay, como una propuesta milenaria, histórica, e identitaria. La importancia de su propuesta reside en que es un “todo inter-relacionado” que se extiende desde lo geográfico, político-gobernativo, económico y social, y que rompería naturalmente el paradigma de Estado, llevándoles históricamente a su emancipación. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The article shows how the paradigm of State, in all its political and historical aspects, has denied the identity and humanity of the Aymaras and Quechuas in Bolivia; as well as the Kichwas in Ecuador. This has been done in a continuous and prolonged form culminating in structural oppression from postcolonial domination. In view of this reality a more just and true perspective for change has been proposed by the Aymaras, Quechuas and Kichwas; presenting their identity paradigm: Suma Qamaña, Sumak Kawsay, as a millennial, historical, and as well as an identity proposal. The importance of this proposal is that it is a “holistic” approach which includes the geographical, political/governmental, economical, and social aspects. This, of course, breaks the paradigm of State which would lead to emancipation. | en-US |
