dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this practical work was to use a previously established negotiation style to be able to resolve business conflicts and guarantee an agreement between the parties using the descriptive methodology based on the collection of qualitative information which allowed knowing the behavior of the subject since to solve a business conflict and reach a negotiation is vitally important to know the behavior of both parties obtaining the result of negotiation with leading style allows us to determine step by step the different phases or stages to be able to solve a business conflict whatever the inconvenience as long as the opinions of both parties are respected and there is equity, every negotiator will always seek the benefit of both parties in order to resolve the conflict and that none of them be affected.
