dc.description.abstractThis research is based on the incursion of healthy menus in the area of restoration of the Oro Verde hotel of the city of Machala, for this was used a guide of menus that performs the hotel in the area of production each time that serves national and foreign tourists in general. To obtain the required information in this case was conducted interviews with production manager, knowing as well the products that offer the tourist to feel satisfied and with food security. It concludes with a proposal to healthy menus, to assist in the well-being of older adults.
