dc.description.abstractThis work is the analysis of how to reduce the waiting times of customers in the cooperative JEP that is located in the city of Machala, in Junín and Pichincha streets through the application of queuing theory and simulation. The type of research that was used is descriptive, to support this work was based on scientific journals (papers), the method that was used is the quantitative method since the queuing theory is a mathematical model. The M / M / S method is applied in this case, which is used when there is only one queue and several servers.
