The present study analyzed the absence of flowcharts in the Mishell pharmacy, for this purpose it was proposed as a general objective to implement the flowcharts of three processes through the application of computer modeling for the improvement of process management in Pharmacy Mishell. The research methodology was descriptive with a cross-section, the bibliographic review for the analysis of articles in scientific journals, direct observation and the interview for field research in the company under study were used as information collection techniques. As results, the deficiencies of these flowcharts were identified, and two strategic processes, four operational processes and four support processes were evidenced. The storage, inventory and sales control processes were taken as a reference for the study, where the merchandiser, the pharmacy assistants and the point of sale manager are involved. It was concluded that the implementation of the flowcharts was necessary for workers to better understand how the activities of each point of sale are developed, emphasizing the improvement of productivity due to the fact that there is staff turnover which represents delays to understand its operation.
