dc.description.abstractThe importance of fast food in the whole world, and the boom manifested in the sector of sales of roasted meat today, prove the need to develop a market research based on a field study of fast food, with the perspective to determine the main variables of the level of growth of barbecue restaurants in the city of Machala, province of El Oro. The population under study was constituted by 92 legally established businesses, our characteristics show growth and success in their activities. The methodology consists of a descriptive investigation, in which a procedure is carried out an interview with each of the owners of the premises. The results of the market analysis made it possible to determine the main factors that have contributed successfully to the success of these ventures and to propose the respective recommendations they contribute to maximizing business profits.
