dc.description.abstractIn the present investigation a proposal of a flowchart was designed, the strategic direction is a fundamental part for the business development the organizations are in an aggressive environment in relation to the competition, the changes in the behavior of the consumer, the technological changes makes that the majority of companies are displaced from the market that is why the present investigation of the proposal of a flowchart was carried out, the company lacked management by processes, the same one that would help to have a quality management, the map was elaborated. Processes, flowchart and process file for the strategic direction of the company Coorpasego the methodology that was used research was descriptive qualitative evidence that the process map of the company has 10 processes in its entirety will provide the members of the organization a greater appreciation of the company in its entirety. The flow chart demonstrated the sequence of activities and responsible for each activity established in the strategic management process. The indicator level of implementation of strategies was designed as a tool to control the effectiveness of the strategic management process, the parameters that were established Efficient :> 90% and ≤ 100% Regular: ≥ 80% and ≤ 90% Inefficient: <80%. It was evidenced that management models by processes have a direct link with quality management but it is also recommended that cooperation must exist, employees are key elements for its implementation, monitoring and control.
