dc.description.abstract | The preparation of this work has been given to establish the strategies applied in Halliburton Company through a SWOT analysis in which each relevant aspect is analyzed between the internal and external aspects of the same that has allowed the company to remain competitive in the market. The keys of this is to make an analysis between its activities used internally and the comparison with its main competitor in the global market, this allows to determine the most relevant aspects for its success under a given weight to know the strengths for each one of the companies. Finally, the analysis of internal factors is also carried out by weighting in which the most relevant is determined and, through this, the establishment of new strategies that allow improvement in their deficiencies and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the international market. | |
