dc.description.abstractCivil engineering is a set of technical sciences, pragmatic and interdisciplinary responsible for managing infrastructure to solve social problems, based on an analysis of materials, monetary flows, personnel and integrate schedules that make the construction of the project efficient. The need to implement a control in the realization of projects requires a detailed analysis of all the assets and inputs of the project, based on a technical study capable of justifying the investment of the monetary resource; therefore, it is imperative to investigate, characterize and explain the conceptions of work in a holistic way from the point of view of the author using the scientific method and inferences related to the program of works programming. The purpose of this case study is to prepare the budget and estimated schedules of the work Construction of a coated channel, by applying the critical path method CPM, in order to find the best planning in the execution of said work.
