dc.description.abstract | The inspection and control in the production processes, over time have become fundamental measures, for an organization that allows the systematic management, activities and operations of creation of products or services, with this helping in decision making business. In the present investigation, the current situation of a service company, in maintenance and repair of appliances of white line, located in the city of Machala, province of Oro, was analyzed. The objective of the investigation was to implement inspection and control points in the processes, for the improvement of its services maximizing the quality, for which an analysis of the activities is carried out by means of OTIDA process diagrams of the tasks executed by the technicians in which the times and the order of the activities are described, We develop indicators to measure the processes and through these apply the control, using as a tool an observation sheet to carry out the inspection of the critical points in the activities obtaining greater efficiency and effectiveness in the maintenance and repair processes, which the optimization of the service and through this added value to the company. | |
