dc.description.abstractIn the present investigation a study was carried out about the work teams in the San Andrés farm destined to the banana production. The objective of the work was to identify the factors that influence the work teams for better performance. Field research was detected to detect stories, obtaining as a result a regular relationship and communication between workers, causing an inadequate work environment. In the company for work teams to achieve efficiency, working conditions have to be the best as well as they would be in a good boss who directs workers to meet their objectives.
