dc.description.abstractThe present titling work is carried out with the objective of carrying out a situational diagnosis by means of the application of the SWOT matrix and the Pareto diagram that allows the optimization of the administrative and productive activities of the company "Gran Hogar" of the city of Santa Rosa, which provides information to solve the problems present within the commercial sector of white goods and that hinder the efficiency in sales of the salesperson. A quantitative methodology with a descriptive scope will be used in the present investigation, being the data collection method the interview, which will be applied to the company Artefacta of the city of Santa Rosa.
