dc.description.abstractCompanies need tools that allow responding to the needs of consumers, its correct application will facilitate the implementation of strategies that allow understanding the market, in such a virtue it is important to know the profiles and tastes of customers in order to identify their preferences and In this scenario, the present investigation proposes to establish how exploratory research allows the analysis of the consumer behavior of personal computers and related equipment in the Dell company, for which purpose it is proposed as its application should be considering the environment of the company, in such virtue the results were focused to indicate that exploratory research can be used to have tentative patterns of consumer behavior however, requires the application of other studies in order to guarantee the outcome of the data.
