dc.description.abstractEfficacy and efficiency are required parameters in public and private organizations alike, with full satisfaction in delivering products and services to customers their main concern. Notary users carry out several procedures, which are executed under a set of activities that lack a process map. The elaboration of a process map in the JLSC legal institution was the objective of this work through the identification and delimitation of the control indicator application processes that help improve delivery times and the quality of the service provided.
