dc.description.abstractIn the following project the Determination of the Term and Preparation of Schedules of the Vía San Carlos - La Joya, located in the Canton of Balao of the Province of Guayas, will be carried out, the methods under study for determining the term are Project, Gantt, CPM method. , where in Chapter II of Prefeasibility we will study each of them with their application method for our project in question, the Gantt Method or Bar Chart allows us to plan and control a project through the performance of the workers, machinery and time, these are more effective for activities of less than 25 items this is done through activity bars start and end of each activity, the CPM Method also called Critical Path allows us to exercise control of larger projects and complexity developing within of a time and optimal cost, for it we must realize a detailed analysis of each one of the activities where obtain We use the sequence table of each activity through the activities immediately before, simultaneously and immediately after, the table of duration of items, the diagram of arrows and critical routes is represented by an arrow, placing its respective name where it begins and ends with an event , and finally the Project Method is an advance of computer science developed today that allows us to perform processes of various tasks in order to solve a problem through the three most important aspects that are the design phase, development and implementation, this allows us to easily introduce the tasks of a project and the activities that compose it in the same way depending on the needs of the project manager, including the list of predecessors of activities, personalization of resources necessary to carry out the activity, be it human resources or costs; visualize the progress of the activities in the form of percentages, print different types of reports such as schedules, costs, Pert analysis, among many other functions; Once the three methods have been studied, it is concluded that the most effective method is the Project for the determination of the term, this will be reflected in Chapter III of Feasibility where we will detail the method under study for them we obtain an updated budget, we determine the table of durations, applying the same table in the Project Method where we will insert the activities, the duration of each activity, the predecessors and the Project system, will automatically draw the bars of each activity, thus obtaining the work schedule of the project as well as the duration same as for our project is 390 days; we will also have the calculation of the schedules of use of labor, materials and equipment; for the workforce schedule we must obtain all the workers that we need in the work that we can obtain in the unit cost analysis; team schedule we must have all the equipment that will be used in the work and the materials schedule are all the materials that will be used in the work.
