dc.description.abstractThe service quality of VITEFAMA Furniture and its local leadership make it stand out from other companies that offer the same products, which has allowed it to continue growing in the home furniture industry throughout the years. Vitafama Furniture has implemented processes that enable the optimal develpment of their operations. However, in its procurement process, it has not developed a plan to manage the administration of suppliers who currently work with the company, limiting the process to making purchases through a selection of registered suppliers but not to a selection of qualified suppliers. For the suppliers, being evaluated and rated means adopting a philosophy of continuous improvement, not only in order to work effectively and efficiently with VITEFAMA furniture, but also with other clients.
