dc.description.abstract | This research is developed in five chapters and discusses the technical methods and procedures and their martial actions of one of the Olympic sports in combat worldwide: Taekwondo therefore begins by presenting its history, style, principles and fundamentals, for psycho-physical practice without leaving aside the competitive part and its results.
Parallel to this very popular sport in our country, the research focuses on one of its fundamental components that are the forms or Poomsae which exposes its principles, benefits, the coordinating combination between the agonist and antagonist muscles, the development of elasticity And alignment of body segments and motor variables. Later, it is made known about the methods used for the consolidation of motor habits, for the fixation of the same, and the education of the different specific exercises.
Reference is also made to the abilities to be developed in athletes who practice Poomsae, such as: strength, resistance, speed, focusing on the improvement of elasticity and flexibility of the hip.
Subsequently, the last chapter presents the planning, with its respective macrocycle and detailed schedule, such as pedagogical tests, statistical tables of easy interpretation, and physical and technical evaluations, ranging from the considerations and all details worked, evidencing in the results achieved and finalizing the conclusions and recommendations. | |
