Coffee cultivation is an item of great economic and social importance for the country, however, their production is affected due to pests and soil diseases nursery level and established plantations. Therefore this research was conducted in the community of Luz Maria Parish Molleturo, canton Cuenca, Azuay Province, at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level, with the objective of evaluating the effect of two native species and a commercial Trichoderma: T. harzianum (Rifai) and T. koningii (Qudem) in control Damping off (. Rhizoctonia sp.) and as stimulating growth factor coffee seedlings (Coffea arabica L.) Red Bourbon variety nursery level. A Completely Randomized Design raised in factorial 3 x 3 with a chemical control and absolute control; Trichoderma species were applied in three doses. In seedling at 3 months the first results for which analysis of variance was performed, obtaining as native T. harzianum (Rifai) best treatment (with doses of 20 cc / liter of water) it was obtained, with an incidence rate Damping off (Rhizoctonia sp.) of 4.25%, versus the absolute witness who gave a value of 29%. At three months were evaluated seedling root size, height, stem diameter, number of leaves and the respective weights, obtaining the best results with the native strain of Trichoderma harzianum was evaluated
