dc.description.abstractThis research was a quasi-experimental type, taking as example 90 children from 36 to 72 months of the educational unit “Turi”. The overall objective was assess and intervene with playful activities the development of the gross motor on the children from this institution, the specific objective was evaluate the development of the gross motor by the Instrumental System for Motor Measurement on children of 1 to 6 years (SIMEM-C.G.) said system assesses eight motor skills: walking, running, throw and catch, climb, crawl climbing and jumping, intervene based on the evaluation results and finally assess the results of the playful intervention by post-cap. The playful intervention was developed through sections of 30 minutes a day for 6 weeks, subsequently an increase in the level of gross motor was obtained. At the age of 36 to 48 months it increases from 62.44% to 94.49%, of 49 to 60 months it increases from 68,06% to 94,97%, of 61 to 72 months it increases from 71,47% to 91,98%.
