This research has as main goal to find and analyze the major disadvantages of radio and television broadcasting systems (AM, FM) through the use of the Automatic Control Systemof the Radio Electric Spectrum - SACER used by the Superintendence of Telecommunications by measuring the level of the electric field strength, bandwidth, occupation and coverage in major cities of the Southern Region of Ecuador (Cuenca, Loja, Cañar, Macas and Macara). Also through the main management tool SACER system, the Argus Software use multiple services offered to complement our analysis. Finally by using the following methodologies: research, processing and analyzing data we can establish the most common problems to stablish appropriate technical solutions in order to improve the quality of service and the monitoring and communications systems of radio and television broadcasting
