Abstract

In this thesis we use a new method in our country is not yet well known by the people who run the risk of a company. This method called RISICAR was successfully implemented in Colombia where his creative Ruby Consuelo Mejía Quijano by analyzing reaches risk maps to determine with great accuracy controls and treatment measures, which is helpful for any organization today.

This method effectively helped us to accurately determine the most relevant risks within the System Analysis of the Cooperative Jardín Azuayo in the period January to December 2012 the agency implemented Benigno Malo.

For the analysis of this method as mentioned above we have chosen the Credit Macroprocess which in turn consists of the Concession and Recovery Process, in which the highest weighting risks found in the loan recovery process, which are the following deficiencies in credit recovery via automatic Deficiencies credit recovery by charging at the window, Deficiencies accreditations control using discounted the role for credit collections.

Based on these risks determine treatment measures to be applied and we have proposed controls in order to collaborate with the Department of Cooperative risks Jardín Azuayo.
