| dc.description.abstract | In the industrial evolution continuous process, the interest on projects and its utilization to implement the organizational strategy, have greatly increased. It can be stressed out, in some cases, the results obtained on the project performance have been unsatisfactory. On such scenery, this documents, develops a proposal to improve the performance of projects, based on the guide of PMBOK by the PMI and the methodology of Cadence to manage projects. This paper presents the way of how to do, and the best practices to manage projects. An audit of the company is advised to determine the level of organizational maturity to manage project to define where are we?, where we would like to be?, and finally, to implement a Project Management Office. | |
