Análisis de tiempos estándar basados en procesos genéricos de empresas de ensamble

Abstract

The sector of small and medium enterprises has been gaining ground in the production of goods and services around the world, creating a highly competitive environment, which leads to the need of increasing the productivity and efficiency of organizations. In this sense, a widely used tool is the study of methods and times, which provides information about processes and times invested in each operation, such as obtaining and improving standard times for process optimization and cost reduction. The main objective of this work is the analysis of the obtainance standard times based on the standardization of processes in assembly companies. The work begins with a state of the art about the current state of the company and the methods to get the standard times. Subsequently, the procedure followed to find times in the operational, strategic and support processes is described. The times obtained in the operational processes are validated through a bibliographic review, while the times of the administrative processes are compared internally among the study cases considered; resulting in similarities and differences in both cases.
