dc.description.abstractThe following thesis project is developed into three chapters. Chapter I analyzes all the needs to achieve an adequate design of the considered space, studying the minimum details; from the Psychosocial point of view, it is intended to understand the behavior of the individual inside the semiclosed spaces and their relationships with other individuals. From the Architectonic point of view, it is intended to achieve a better understanding of the areas and the functions of these spaces, the anthropometry in places to eat, meetings and circulation for both disabled and non-disabled people. A cladding general analysis, this includes the durability, resistance, security, and materiality that a floor and wall needs for these spaces; the chromatic is indispensable to provide harmony and comfort to the site, as well as the lighting is an important point for the analysis of the Faculty thus giving, visibility, sensations and aesthetics to the space. Chapter II presents a depth analysis of leisure for international university students; it is compared between them, distinguishing each mentioned point from Chapter I. Finally, Chapter III shows us the development of the proposal of the Faculty central courtyard, from its concept, style, chromatic, sensations, anthropometry, circulation, lighting, constructive details, furniture design, functionality and aesthetic, everything based on the information showed in the mentioned previous Chapters
