Rubus glaucus, Benth (Mora de Castilla), is commercially propagated asexually by rooting cuttings and synthetic auxins. In this study the effect of two species of Trichoderma (T. harzianum and T. koningii) was evaluated as stimulants for inducing root formation in mora de castilla cuttings. For each species of Trichoderma 5 doses were tested, considering measuring variables: length, number and dry roots weight, besides of the number of shoots with leaves at 45, 60 and 75 days, the results were compared with a synthetic Control (1-Naphthaleneacetic acid) and untreated control (water). The experiment was conducted using a randomized block design (ERBC) with 3 repetitions. The results showed that none of the Trichoderma species stimulated root development or issuance of shoots with leaves, since no significant differences were detected between the values of the variables in stakes treated with Trichoderma and control treatments
