| dc.description | En el presente artículo, derivado de la tesis presentada en la Maestría PLIDER sede La Plata y Laboratorio AGRITERRIS, proponemos realizar una descripción de la organización del trabajo en explotaciones familiares dedicadas a la horticultura en el municipio de La Plata. Para abordar el tema, se realizó un estudio de casos colectivo y se hicieron entrevistas semi-estructuradas a los miembros del núcleo organizador de cada explotación. En el estudio de la organización del trabajo se adaptó y aplicó un modelo específico para estos fines. Respecto a los resultados, se identificaron las tareas presentes en las explotaciones hortícolas familiares, sus características temporales y relaciones y los criterios para la división social del trabajo. Por otro lado, se reconocieron los principales factores condicionantes de la organización del trabajo. | |
| dc.description | In this article, derived from the thesis presented in the Master PLIDER and AGRITERRIS laboratory, we propose to make a description of the work organization on family farms dedicated to horticulture, in the municipality of La Plata. To address the issue raised, we made a collective case study and semi-structured interviews to the members of the organizing core of each farm. For the study of work organization it was adapted and applied, a specific model for these purposes. Regarding the results, we identified the tasks present in family horticultural farms, their temporal characteristics and relationships, and the criteria for the social division of work. On the other hand, we recognized the main conditioning factors of the work organization. | |
