Ejecución de un diagnóstico de la comunicación interna y externa en el Municipio del cantón San Fernando

Abstract

This research work is based on a diagnosis of the current internal and external communication at canton San Fernando’s City Hall. In order to do this, a descriptive analysis was carried out, supported by surveys and interviews with the purpose of determining if the communication between the City Hall and the general public was good. The analysis revealed a lack of communication policies in the City Hall which determines the little information that the institution offers for people to know about the municipal activities and works. For this reason, it becomes necessary to implement communication strategies in order to organize efficient communication as much as posible so that people can understand and know the most urgent needs and improvements that the institution is carrying out. Our idea is to offer strategies to improve the City Hall’s communicative area and contribute to its search of a good image in the informative field.
