dc.description.abstract | The dynamics of the industrial sector constantly influence the levels of positioning of companies. As such, we will focus on the relevant aspects of these dynamics, such as the level of saturation, and the level of intensity of the market with the goal of providing the company with a clear view of the dynamics of the real estate industry in Cuenca. Also, we will define the strategies to be employed by using the knowledge of the characteristics of the sector and each individual customer profile, as well as the definition of the buyer’s preferences when it comes to the estate products.
Additionally, we will define the strategic variables of segmentation and positioning that will enable the company to have a sustainable competitive advantage in a short time, taking into account secondary data from INEC which provides us with homogeneous characteristics to segment the buyer’s Target. This information will underscore the importance of developing strategies of attainable and measurable information required to design the strategic profile of the buyer.
Finally, we will develop the tactics of marketing variables or the 4p with the objective of getting to know more extensively the characteristics of the product, price, place and promotion. As such, I am confident that employing these defining strategies can help any company gain market share, increase its brand value, and ultimately boost its profit. | |
