dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The main objective of this research was to identify waiting times to care and user satisfaction of the Health Center No. 1, in 2011. The method used was the observation, the technique was quantitative and the instrument was a survey of users of the Health Center No. 1. We worked with 380 people of all ages, randomly selected from a total population of 41683. We investigated the characteristics of the population by age, sex, occupation, origin and education, we defined the character of the medical consultation if it is for or control disease, was identified waiting times to care and user satisfaction throughout staying at the Health Center No. 1. The results of the analysis are presented in tables and graphs. The results found that the longer waiting time employee corresponds to the interval from the user takes a turn to health care, the same which was 89.83 minutes, plus 46.3% of users considered good the care being the most important cause of eligibility service, representing only 13.2% the percentage dissatisfied users.
