dc.description.abstractIn this research project the parameters within which is based CONSEP and the Ministry of Health to determine the table quantities and penalties for each drug are analyzed; as well as informing people about current regulations in our legislation to regulate this type of crime; which is analyzed and a comparison with the previous legislation, the Law on Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances, which was repealed by the force of COIP since 2014, for a correct interpretation and application of judges within the administration is justice. It was also classify substances subject to control most known and used in our society in order to inform the different types of existing drugs and the effects of each one of them for more knowledge.
