Hacia la conformación de un modelo de distrribución de usos y asignación de características de ocupación a partir de análisis Geo estadístico: caso estudio Av. Paseo de los Cañarís de la ciudad de Cuenca año 2015

Abstract

The present thesis takes as an object to genera strategies for the distribution of uses and allocation of characteristics of occupation to land, this process rests on analysis geo-statistics to obtain more exact results to the reality and this way to understand the dynamics of the urban spaces, the forms of occupation of the space on the part of the population, this way also o the dynamics that generate certain elements and the impact in its immediate context. This study initiates with the development of the theoretical frame that tackles definitions and investigations regarding the dynamics that the uses present in a city. Subsequently there are analyzed the excellent urban elements of the area of study, initiating with the delimitation and sectorisation, the equipments, the road, the transport, the characteristics of occupation and the current regulation; through these of these diagnostics it goes so far as to identify as the study are aisshaped. From these diagnoses one proceeds to realize the study and systematical analysis of the uses and the occupation of urbansoil, by means of the hardware application geo-statistics like the Kriging and MORAN-LISA. The obtained results are represented in a corema, for the purpose of creating a spatial model of analysis, supported also of analysis of diversity. Finally these results generate strategies rested on statistical data.
