The new Art consideration as a phenomenon of social and cultural significance allows the realization of this work presents the Sacredness of Art in Andean Cultures Originating from the anthropological and cultural studies . An important aspect in the Worldview of native Andean cultures is the phenomenon of Shamanism and its connection with the sacred. Our study focuses on the shamanic ritual context as a metaphysical category that is more abstract symbolic manifestation through art , present from the Western perspective , in each of the items of power that shape their paraphernalia or those used as offerings or implements the ritual for spiritual teachers . While the creators of these forms of artistic expression , technical considerations are not interested or aesthetic value which are provided objects and works for the Western World , this seems evident artistic quality . From the field of anthropology and cultural studies , to understand the vision and transcendence for Andean spiritual teachers , known as yachak , carries an ancient tradition , magical , full of rituals help to strip doubts and prejudices of those who have an external view of that world. The present age prevents us from breaking the border art / not art and less arbitrarily without taking into account the opinion of the authors , and their time and space creation. This has cleared the way for sciences like anthropology or cultural studies involved in the analysis of aesthetic patterns of different cultures , in this sense, this research may open up other fields. Art, as a sociocultural phenomenon open to new science allows us a qualitative analysis of the ways beyond the finished product and refers to internal processes and former creator of such objects . Watching this creation from the eyes and minds of Autor: Keyla Tamara Alarcón Quito UNIVERSIDAD DE CUENCA 8 those who are part of that world , of those who have produced and inherited these traditions as well as through the glass of the Western Culture is the main objective of this work. In reviewing the literature , despite the importance of the study , there are no studies on the Andean Native Art Sacredness in Ecuador may be because in most trials is recurrent cataloged according to predefined universal canons , without admitting it as a socio -cultural phenomenon linked to the sacred, own Worldview of Los Andes.
