dc.description.abstractThis present research work is developed in the Decameron Ecuador hotel S.A this is an organization with extensive experience in the national and international tourist area. Hoteles Decameron is a solid company, which provides services under the system called All Inclusive this famous chain of hotels has 44 hotels around the world especially in sun and beach destinations All inclusive service is a system it includes accommodation food unlimited beverages recreation and entertainment that tourists can enjoy. The goal of the present monograph will be to know the various operations that are developed in the commercial areas of all-inclusive hotels presenting a complete analysis with the goal of to provide a manual of operating procedures to provide a change of business management for hotel companies.
