Propuesta de una guía gastronomía de la provincia de El Oro

Abstract

This gastronomic guide of “El Oro” province is intended to highlight the gastronomy and culture of each of its fourteen districts. To achieve the objectives, this research is based on a field study done with the inhabitants in each district, thus determining both the typical dishes and premises that represent each district. The results of this research will be presented through a brief and concise description of the districts, a map showing the location of the favorite premises of each district, and finally, using a standardized recipe book of typical dishes. This research will contribute to the University of Cuenca as a literary acquisition that encourages the consumption of Orense cuisine, which can be used as a reference for both students and people in genera. Finally, its contribution will serve as advertising the premises that we recommend herein.
