A developing society takes into account the evolution in both social and technological areas as targeting the country´s economic growth. In Ecuador, the technology turns out to be a landmark in the corporate policy development factor and seeks its full applicability to the social reality, especially what refers to the establishment of foreign company’s in the country, legislation that identifies the objectives, guaranty basic an the procedure for its establishment as well as the objectives pursued both economic, social and political level.
