The present investigation titled The ineffective Dismissal of the Ecuadorian Legislation seeks to analyze the new norms that regulate the correspondent dismissal generated to certain groups considered vulnerable, that day by day fight so that their rights be represented and recognized. Through the Constitution of the Republic many goals have been gained. But considering the rights demanded for laborers on the other hand have been dismissed by employers that without just cause from one day tot he next fire their employees from their jobs. With the reforms to the Work Code completely formed in the Organic Law for labor justice and recognition of the labor done through the maintenance of the home, the managers and pregnant workers see the benefits and juridical protection. This protection is in contrast to those workers that are victims and fired with no fault of their own. It is the reason why developing this interesting theme has been of great support to the social sphere, specifically for the labor sphere. It is my duty as a graduate with a degree in Law to analyze the current rules with the goal of supporting a better understanding of the law. It must be stated as well that emphasis in the ample protection and recognition of the fundamental rights that laborers are guaranteed is also considered.
