dc.description.abstract | The present study to analyze the impact that migration has had on the artistic creation of the artists of the city of Cuenca; And for that purpose, the study has been developed considering two important elements: the migration and the artistic processes developed in the city of Cuenca.
The migratory process had a greater incidence in the province of Azuay, which was a great concern for many social sectors, and was precisely an issue addressed by the artists of the city of Cuenca, due to the consequences it caused for the emigrants, the family , And the society itself, these effects were reflected in the artistic creations of its managers, through their various artistic languages, because as the artists have expressed is a subject that can’t go unnoticed because it is a problem that affects the whole social group.
In this sense, this work has allowed the development of a research based on the experience of the artists who have worked on the subject of migration, which although it is not currently a major issue, migration has caused many effects that left Consequences and in fact, were visualized in the artistic works. | |
