dc.description.abstract | The present degree work called "Proposal of strategies and didactic resources for the
teaching of equations and linear functions" has the objective of elaborating a proposal with
didactic resources for the teaching of linear equations and linear functions for EGB superior
based on constructivism in a virtual or face-to-face way, making use of online resources. As a
result, education changed from face-to-face to online, allowing teachers to discover the
advantages and attractiveness of technology applied to it.
In order to obtain information on effective teaching strategies and methodologies, semistructured interviews were conducted with teachers of Mathematics and Physics at the Faculty
of Philosophy of the University of Cuenca. The choice of interviewing teachers of this career
is due to their importance as trainers of a large percentage of future teachers in the area of
mathematics and their extensive experience. In addition, an intensive bibliographic research
was conducted in order to collect information about the difficulties in learning linear equations
and the methods considered by different authors to address them.
Based on the research, it was determined to create a guide that will help the teacher to
offer a constructivist and attractive class that motivates students and guides them to discover
knowledge so that they can achieve significant learning in the topic of linear equation and linear
function, through didactic strategies such as gamification, inverted classroom, among others,
and the use of technological resources. | |
