Introduction: This work has been developed in the context of the pedagogical proposal, through the offering of guided activities, which include a theoretical base that references concepts and exemplifications of those resources and elements conducive to the practice of composition and musical creation, framed in the conjugation of European stylistic influences with the Ecuadorian national historical aesthetic. Objectives: it is intended to propose a guide with theoretical and practical content, which includes activities that stimulate the creative and compositional capacities of students in musical training, and whose production techniques are based on bibliographic references that combine the universal compositional tradition with national aesthetics. Ecuadorian. Materials and method: The work includes a method made up of ten activities derived from the theoretical framework that exposes the theoretical bases necessary for its development. Each activity provides a description, an objective, and the applicable development tasks. Conclusions and Recommendations: In the present theoretical-based work and pedagogical proposal, it is concluded that the promotion of compositional approaches that combine traditional European aesthetics with national aesthetics could represent a valuable factor that could stimulate the creative ability of musicians in training, focusing this work on rescuing the intangible values of our local cultures. The recommendation of the work suggests a necessary formal implementation of similar guidelines regarding compositional ability in higher education institutions, as it is an exercise that compromises the aesthetics of which its executors are surrounded with attention to the social and cultural environment in which its developments are contemplated.
