dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we intend to establish a correlation between the universal idea of Human Rights and the literary discourses. In both fields, the permanent dichotomy modes of focusing them interact, that is, the abstract terminology and the local realities. The human rights within the Latin-American and world literature in general have a conflictive expression about the declarative spirit inherent to the discourse on rights. | |
