The present research, seeks to emphasize the importance of the processes inside the companies, with the premise that if these are managed proficiently, they could generate added value for both the company and the customer. Among the main phases established in this proposed model, is to analyze the added value and the installed capacity of the company to carry out processes. With the results obtained in the analysis, we can make suggestions for improvement, and thereby obtain a better-quality business situation where the processes run promptly and efficiently and the use of resources is optimized. Another step is the monitoring and control of processes, which can be performed with the application of management indicators; allowing senior management to have a global view of the company and know what process must be improved. This leads to implement a continuous culture of improvement within the company. Based on the reasons stated, this "Model of Management Process" was applied to SociedadFinancieradel Austro S.A. FIDASA.
