Problemas ergonómicos por actividad laboral del personal de la COAC Jardín Zuayo Ltda. Zona Cuenca, año 2014

Abstract

Background: Occupational hazards are a concern as the ILO and WHO, in work, health can be affected in many ways and all of them are important. It can cause damage due to the workload, whether physical or mental and overall ergonomic factors can generate problems such as scoliosis bad posture, carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive motion with your wrist bent, osteoarthritis and stress workload, among others.

Objective: To determine the risks that exists in Ergonomic employees working in the Cooperative Jardin Azuayo LTDA. Basin Area, 2014.

Methods and Materials: The study will be conducted a descriptive approach, identifying existing Ergonomic Risk factors at sites occupied by the employee for their work. It will work with a finite universe of 248 employees distributed in different branches of the bank in the city of Cuenca, techniques for the collection of data will be of direct observation and interview, to proceed with this work will require the consent is previously signed by the Human Resource Coordinator for personnel working in the organization and socialization of research project with collaborators was made.

The information obtained will be analyzed through the Word, Excel and SPSS version 20 software; will be displayed in tables and graphs, from its analysis, it will be broadcast on the Human Resource department, later to be presented to management.

Use of Results: Based on the Investigation will disclose Ergonomic risk factors present in each work activity performed by the employees of the COAC Garden Azuayo. Cuenca, 2014 so they can prevent illnesses or injuries that cause damage and are an additional cost to the company.
